Amelia founded Osmodify on a straightforward conviction: that most businesses are not short of software, they are short of software that fits the way they actually work.
She leads the team with a bias toward solving the underlying business problem rather than the one described in the brief, and toward getting working software in front of real users early enough for their feedback to still shape it.
That approach runs through everything Osmodify builds, from the architecture decisions made in the first week of a project to the support that continues long after launch.
